Hopefully I'm not the only one, but I have seen some major problems with the clan, and I will address all of which here. Please do not post anything unrelated to the topic of this thread, but please do discuss it. This is a very large and serious problem(s).
First off, many members have been leaving the clan, or have been going away. These members include:
BucksR1
JukeBoxRenegade
x412xCHAoS RuNN
Natu Utan
A7F massacre
Members who have simply just disappeared are:
Suzerain13
THE RES1STANCE
I EmericA I
Fortunately, JukeBoxRenegade has returned from taking care of some personal things. x412xCHAoS RuNN has rejoined the clan, and Natu Utan will be back again soon.
Because of the random leaving of members, we are effective immediately starting a recruiting spree. If you're play matchmaking in Halo 3 or Call of Duty 4, and you come across someone who's not an asshole, has a good personality, ask them if they want to join, it can't hurt. Also, ask people from your friends list.
The second problem is our current lack of high ranking official's within the clan. Natu is away, and I have not seen Mors for a while, so I will be looking for people to start filling up those empty positions.
Next, is the lack of discipline between members. You should NEVER, under any circumstances insult another member of the clan, no matter the rank, this includes myself. I should never see a Squad leader calling a member of his/her team stupid, or an idiot. I should also never see a member refuse to take an order. Squad leaders, you need to take more action, give orders and commands. If you and your squad are playing a game like Search and Destroy or Sabotage on Call of Duty 4, a squad leader should never call one of their members stupid or an idiot because they wanted the bomb. If you're a squad leader in this situation, say "I'll get the bomb, everyone else cover me". You know who you are.
Fourthly, is the neglect we have shown to this site. People are posting less and less, Clan Officer's have failed to keep the site updated, and people from the clan have failed to sign up for the site. From now on, as it happens on live, it will be included on this site.
Finally, I expect to see more maturity on live. I should never see a squad leader call one of his member's stupid. I should never see a member refuse to take an order, or to ignore another member. I never want to see any trash talking between members, or one player muting another. In a serious game, especially clan matches, there shouldn't be any small talk during the game, and if there is it should be minimal. The goal is to win, and to win you must coordinate. And lastly, when one person is talking, I don't want to hear four other people talking. One person at a time, if you have something to say, everyone should listen. (And no screaming into the headset.)
Oh, and one more thing, we need to begin playing more games. So not only play Call of Duty, not only play Halo or RBS VGS 2 etc etc. This is because some people are limited to only one game because they don't have the others, so we must make sure not to exclude them.
